Simone Weil graduated from College of Social Education at the Diakonissenhaus in Frankfurt / Germany in 1992 and worked as nursery teacher since. As mother of four children Simone managed the household and works as part time teacher for pre-nursery toddler groups. Simone loves children. All her life has been filled with activities with children in her church and the community. Beyond family activities and child groups, her big passions are horse riding, painting and other creative arts.
Arnd Weil graduated as Communication Engineer from Technical University in Darmstadt / Germany in 1994. Focusing all his professional career on speech technologies and artificial intelligence, he held various positions at Telekom Technology & Research Center in Darmstadt, Dictaphone International in London and Nuance Communications. Arnd opted for an early exit from his senior management role in December 2018 in order to start a master curriculum on ‘Development Studies’ at the University of South Africa (UNISA). Arnd has been and still is engaged as active table tennis player and likes Kart racing.
