New girls dormitory for LEA Ministry Primary School in Dongobesh
Martin Tango, the head of LEA Ministry, has a big trust: raising over 100,000 USD is an incredible amount of money in Tanzania. His trust is in God – so he starts the project despite uncertainty if and when the full amount will be available.
During our visit in Dongobesh in January 2020 we experienced another great example of progress: “Stiftung Perspektive Hoffnungsbrücke” committed the funds for the roof materials, which were ordered the same day and delivered a day after. 3 days later, a good portion of the roof is already built. We continue to see such performance and enthusiasm is our projects in Tanzania – just amazing.

LEA is an abbreviation of three Swahili words: linda, elimisha and andaa. English translation of these words is to protect, to educate and to prepare, basically to protect, educate and prepare Tanzanian children in order to build and mobilize future capacity for the community they live in.

Vision of LEA ministry is academic,moral and spiritual excellence. In other words it means that we dream that one day all Tanzanian children will have opportunity to get good quality education, as well as chance to receive leadership in obedience of the word of God and possibility to build solid foundation of faith in Jesus Christ.

Mission of LEA ministry is to protect the society spiritually, educationally and economically. For us it means to work hard in providing excellent education and spiritual guidance to our children so they will be able to obtain economically promising future not only for themselves but also for their families and society they live in.
OUR MOTTO:
Time, effort and sensitivity are the keys to success. In our ministry we decided to dedicate our time and all the effort to fulfill our mission and vision. Moreover we do not forget to stay sensitive in our everyday´s activities.
FOREWARD
The children of LEA deserve quality service delivery and thus LEA PRE AND PRIMARY ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL strategic plan of 2019-2021 aims at not only improving service delivery but also be useful tool for reinforcing the values of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, courtesy and character development.Collectively, we the stakeholders hope to realize the strategic objectives through president monitoring and clear understanding of the challenges the LEA community faces in realizing this desired future. Our ultimate strategy, we believe, will herald the more desirable and meaningful change and growth of our institution.
